Ingredients
- 4 C. cooked pasta
- 2 C. rotisserie chicken, cubed
- 5 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 large apples with peel on, cubed
- 1 C. seedless grapes, halved
- 1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 C. cashews or pecans
- 3/4 C. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. milk
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- Dash of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Chill pasta and chicken thoroughly. Mix chicken, pasta and fruit in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and combine the two mixtures and toss. Store in refrigerator. This actually tastes better the second day because the flavors have blended.
Don't put the pasta in.
