Ingredients
- For large chicken breasts
- Two sleeves ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Half cup milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

- 14 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cut each chicken breast into three large chunks
In a small food processor grind up the Ritz crackers
Pour the milk cheese and cracker crumbs into three separate small pans toss the 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper in to the cracker crumbs
Dip each piece of chicken into the milk them the cheese and finally the cracker crumbs
Spray a 9 x 13“ pan with cooking spray and leave the chicken inside the pan
Sprinkle the dried parsley over the chicken
Cover the pan with tinfoil and bake at 400° for 35 minutes remove the 10 foil bake till golden brown and crispy
Into a medium size sauce pan combine the cream of chicken soup sour cream and butter heat and mix until hot serve over chicken
