Ingredients
- 2 C cake flour, measured after sifting
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C melted butter or oil
- 3/4 C milk
Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix in parsley. Beat together eggs, butter or oil and milk; add to dry ingredients. Stir only until moistened. Drop by teaspoonsfuls on top of simmering soup or stew. Cover and continue cooking for 12 minutes. DO NOT LIFT LID.
