Mississippi Mudslides

A little bourbon makes these mudslides perfectly rich and flavorful. For a dramatic and delicious effect, use a small kitchen torch to brown the marshmallows topping.

• 1 pt. chocolate ice cream
• 1 pt. coffee ice cream
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup bourbon
• Toppings: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, marshmallows
