Ingredients
- 1 pound pork loin chops, 1-inch thick
- Seasoned salt for sprinkling
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops liberally with seasoned salt.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium; brown chops, about 2 minutes per side.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over pork chops. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
