Crock Pot Rum Chata- White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips we like Ghirardelli brand
  • 14 ounces canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 9 ounces RumChata liquor , about 6 shots
  • For Serving (Optional)
  • whipped cream
  • ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1


Add whole milk, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk to a 4 quart crock-pot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours or until the white chocolate chips have melted completely.
Stir in the RumChata liquor.
Serve in mugs garnished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
