Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 Ib boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 can Healthy Request mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Hot cooked rice, cooked with out salt
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and onion and cool until tender. Remove vegetable. Remove skillet from heat.
2. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.
3. Stir soup, water, mustard, and vegetables into skillet and heat through. Toss rice with parsley, serve beef over rice.
