- 2 c. ice
- 1 banana, frozen, fresh or a mix
- 1/8 c. PB2 Powdered peanut butter
- 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1-1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 c. chocolate almond milk, unsweet.
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
