• 1 1/4 cup Cola
• 3.4 ounce package (8-serving size) Cherry Jell-O gelatin

Preparation

Step 1

Line an 8x8 baking dish with two layers foil.
Pour the cola in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, until boiling hot.
Whisk in the gelatin until dissolved. Pour into the lined pan.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
To serve: lift Jell-O out of pan by lifting the foil lining. Invert onto serving plate and peel away foil. Cut into shapes or cubes.
