Cheesy Pesto Spread

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 Tbs heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese and heavy cream 1 minute. In separate bowl, stir together next 2 ingredients. Spread 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture in bottom of 2 plastic wrap-lined 6 oz ramekins. Top each with 2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomato-pesto mixture, remaining cream cheese mixture and 2 Tbsp. basil pesto, spreading each layer evenly. Cover with plastic wrap; chill 2 hours. Invert onto plates. Serve with sliced vegetables and crackers if desired.
