Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. cubed stew meat
- 1/2 cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. steamed broccoli
- 2 cups prepared rice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 3 ingredients until well coated. Pour meat and sauce into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cover and bake at 350 for 90 mins. When done, pour meat and sauce into a large skillet and simmer until the sauce reduces by half. Toss in broccoli and stir to coat. Serve over rice.
