Ingredients
- giblets
- water
- celery
- onion
- carrots
- hamburg about a pound or so
- rolled sausage
- pepperidgefarms herb stuffing mix
- chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan add water and all your onion, celery,carrots. Add the giblets and simmer for a while, maybe an hour
When that is all done, in a large bowl, add your hamburg and about 1/2 - 3/4 roll of sausage. Add some of the stuffing and add the liquid as you see what you like.
