Ingredients
- 2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1/2 c unsalted butter
- 1/8 t coarse sea salt
- 2 T vanilla
- 1 t cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Cook first 4 ingredients in med saucepan over med heat, stirring constantly, 7-9 mins. Stir in next 2 ingredients, cook 2-3 mins, until creamy and thickened. Do not overcook. Remove from heat, transfer to bowl, cool to room temp.
