Tomato Chili Sauce

This is like a relish that can be used on hamburgers, hot dogs, eggs and other meat. Especially good with pork.
I halved the recipe and it made 12 8 oz jars.

Ingredients
- 24 large tomatoes (approximately)
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2-3 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup salt
- 1.5 cups chopped celery
- 4-5 onions chopped
- 2 green peppers chopped
- 2 red peppers chopped
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cloves
- 3 tsp allspice

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot of boiling water blanch tomatoes. Drain, peel and chop.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 hours.
Put in jars and seal.
