Ingredients
- 2 l/2 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- l/2 stick butter
- 2 l/3 cup instant potatoes
- 2/3 cup milk
- 8 oz sour cream
- 11 oz large curd cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. minced onion
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil with 1 tsp. salt.
Add l/2 stick of butter, 2 l/3 cup of instant potatoes, and 2/3 cup milk. Remove from heat. Mix until butter is melted. Add 8 oz. sour cream, 11 oz. large curd cottage cheese and 1 tsp. minced onion. Mix well.
Put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
