Uncle John's carrot salad

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 2 lbs carrots sliced and cooked "crunchy"
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 2 green peppers sliced
  • Dressing:
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c cooking oil
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 c vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together dressing ingredients and bring to boil. Cool and add salad ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
