Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 1/4 c a.p.f.
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1/3 c ice cold water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- Any meat (ground chicken or beef)
- You can add vegetables if you like
- Combine and stir until completely cooked put aside until filling is cooled and is ready to be used in the fajitas
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour and cold butter - mix a little.
2. Add water, egg and vinegar - mix with a spoon until just together then bring together with your hands.
3. Put aside to rest before rolling it out.
4. Once it's rested for a least 1/2 hour. Begin rolling it out - you can use a large circle cookie cutter to make the base of the fajita.
5. Brush the edges with the egg wash - use about 2 tablespoons of the filling and fold in half. Crimp the edges with a fork.
6. Bake in 375 oven for 25 mins.
