  • 1 pd. of butter
  • 1 scant cup of sugar
  • 4 1/4 cups of flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar & butter, blend well. Gradually add flour, mixing well. Knead until all is mixed well. Divide dough in half & put into two pie tins. Pat firmly down. Prick with fork.

Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
