Ingredients
- 4 (6-8 oz) salmon filets
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- Part 1
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 3 T grain Dijon mustard
- 3 T honey
- 1 t Old Bay seasoning
- Part 2
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
- 1/4 c plain bread crumbs
- 3 T butter, melted
- 1 T fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt & white pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. In sm bowl mix ingredients from part 1 together & reserve. In sm bowl mix ingredients from part 2 together & reserve.
Place salmon fillets skin side down on greased baking tray. Coat salmon with part 1 mixture. Then top with part 2 mixture. Place on center rack in oven & bake 12-15 min until it flakes easily with a fork. Squeeze lemon juice over top of each piece & serve.
Goes well with rice pilaf & sautéed asparagus spears.
