Ingredients
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 4 finely sliced green onions
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 2 cans minced clams, drained,
- with liquid reserved
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 bonelss skinless chicken breasts,
- cooked and shredded or cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound wide egg noodles
- ( preferably Amish made )
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic and onions in butter in a large pan at medium heat for about 1 minute. Add reserved clam juice, and season with salt and pepper. In a separate medium sized pan, saute mushrooms in butter, then combine with the onions mixture. Add the chicken and clams, and heat through. Stir in parsley and parmesan. Serve over noodles.
