HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES GREASE 1 1/2 QUART GLASS PAN COOK BACON UNTIL CRISPY (SAVE BACON DRIPPINGS) SAUTE' ONIONS UNTIL TRANSPARENT IN BACON DRIPPINGS, ADD MUSHROOMS & PEPPERS IF DESIRED. SPREAD ONIONS ETC. & BACON (BROKEN UP INTO SM.PIECES) INTO BOTTOM OF PAN. BEAT EGGS, ADD BISQUICK & MIX TOGETHER. ADD MILK,SALT & PEPPER, MIX UNTIL SMOOTH. SLOWLY POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER BACON &ETC. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE. BAKE UNCOVERED ABOUT 35 MIN. SERVES 4-6 I DOUBLE THIS FOR LARGER CROWDS.
