Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

A super muffin recipe that my family gobbles up. Also, a great way to get rid of very ripe bananas : )

Ingredients
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 C lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 TBS. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C peanut butter
- 2 TBS. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 C milk
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. Beat peanut butter, oil, eggs, milk and bananas
4. Stir in wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, just until moistened.
5. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 min. or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Makes 12 muffins.
