Ingredients
- 1 pkg (28 oz) Food You Feel Good About White Pizza Dough
- 1 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil, divided
- 1/2 of a 6 oz pkg Food You Feel Good About Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 of a 16 oz pkg Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Sliced Peppers & Onions
- 1 tsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Wegmans Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup (4 oz) Wegmans Shredded Low-Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese (Dairy Dept), divided
- 1/3 of a 6 oz pkg Wegmans Italian Style Sliced Pepperoni
- 4 Tbsp Italian Classics Parmigiano-Reggiano Grated Cheese, divided
- 1 cup (4 oz) Wegmans Italian Sausage Pizza Topping
- 1 Food You Feel Good About Large Egg
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp JFC White Roasted Sesame Seeds

Step 1
Directions:
1.Halve dough; form each half into ball. Place each dough ball on a separate greased cookie sheet; cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
2.Heat 1/2 Tbsp basting oil in pan on MED-HIGH; add spinach. Season with crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, 2-3 min. Transfer to clean plate; set aside. Wipe pan clean with paper towel.
Heat remaining 1/2 Tbsp basting oil in pan on MED; add peppers & onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring 6-8 min, until softened. Set aside.
3.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking pan with olive oil. Roll out each dough ball in a 14-inch circular shape on lightly floured work surface; roll big enough to cover pan to edge. Place one rolled dough on pan (reserve second for pizza top.)
4.Spread pizza sauce on dough to within 1/2-inch from edge; sprinkle with half the mozzarella. Top with pepperoni; sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Top with peppers & onions, spinach, sausage and remainder of cheeses.
5.Combine egg and water in small bowl; brush on outer edge of bottom layer of dough. Carefully top with second dough circle; pinch edges to seal. Brush top with egg wash; sprinkle with sesame seeds. With sharp knife, make about 15 1/2-inch cuts in top crust. Bake 15 min. Remove from oven; rotate for even baking. Bake 15-18 min until top is golden-brown.
