Ingredients

  • Fondue
  • 1 lb beef tenderloin, cut into 3/4 in cubes
  • 3-4 c canola oil
  • Curry Sauce
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 2-3 T curry powder
  • 2-3 T 2% milk
  • 1/2 t hot pepper sauce
  • Mustard Sauce
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 1/4 c Dijon
  • 1 t hot pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Onion-Horseradish Sauce
  • 1/4 c finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 1 T prepared horseradish
  • 2-3 t water
  • 1/4 t hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In 3 separate bowls combine all ingredients to make the curry sauce, mustard sauce & onion-horseradish sauce. Pat meat dry with paper towels.

Heat oil in Fondue pot to 375. Use fondue forks to cook meat. Dip cooked meat into various sauces.
