Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 4 slices bacon,cooked and crumbled
  • 2 T. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl stir together mayonaise, mustard and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated.
