Ingredients
- Butter for greasing
- 14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts rinsed, drained & patted dry
- 5 lg eggs
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 16 oz bag frozen peeled & deveined shrimp, thawed
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 c shredded Swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 3 qt casserole dish with butter & set aside.
Place eggs, milk, salt & pepper in med bowl & whisk to combine. Add shrimp, artichokes & green onions, stirring to combine. Pour into prepared casserole dish & top with cheese.
Bake until top is bubbly & golden brown, about 45 min. Remove from heat & let cool 10 min before serving.
Serve with warm crusty bread & side salad.
