Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 3 1/2 t. raspberry gelatin (half a small box)
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 t. vinegar
  • 1 C. miniature chocolate bits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line at least two baking sheets with parchment paper. Use a mixer to beat the egg whites with the salt until foamy. Add the raspberry gelatin and sugar gradually. Beat until stiff peaks form and the sugar is dissolved. Gently stir in the vinegar. Fold in the chocolate bits. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn the oven off but leave the cookies in the oven for 20 minutes longer. Remove from the oven and loosen from the parchment paper.
