  • 1 pound earth balance vegan butter
  • 8 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c soy creamer
  • vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

make sure butter is at room temperature.

beat butter and add sugar one cup at a time.

add soy creamer and vanilla.

frosting should be stiff, but spreadable.
