- 20 ounces tomato soup

Instructions
Place the vegetables into the slow cooker in layers in the sequence in which they are listed in the ingredients.
Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Mix the tomato soup with the water. Pour over beef and potato mixture. Cover.
Cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, stirring occasionally.
