Ingredients
- 2 C cooked quinoa
- 3 C corn
- 1 C green onion, diced
- 3/4 C herbs
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Mix together corn, green onion, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and zest. Add in quinoa.
