Ingredients
- 2 oz strong cold-brew coffee
- 2 oz stoute
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
- .75 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz heavy cream
- freshly grated cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all but cream in highball glass. Add ice to fill.
Gently pour in cream so it gradually sinks into coffee, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Makes 1 serving.
