Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes, diced
- 3 carrots sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 C milk
- 1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
- shredded cheddar cheese
- salt/pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cover vegetables wtih water in pot. Boil til tender. Drain most of the water. Mix butter, cream of chicken soup, milk, and cream cheese, salt and pepper and crumbled bacon. Add to vegetable mixture. Stir well; heat thoroughly. Top with shredded cheese before serving.
