c butter (real, don't cheat)
t baking powder
c lemon juice (fresh - approx 5 medium lemons)
Soften 1c butter in microwave or on counter. Blend in sugar (2/3c) and flour (2 1/4c). Put into a 9x14 glass pan, evenly on bottom and halfway up sides. Bake at 350 deg until set, but not brown (20-25 minutes) For filling, mix eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder until well blended. Add lemon juice and mix until slightly frothy. Pour over curst and bake until crust is golden and filling is completely set. Dust with powdered sugar and cut while still warm.
