    cups flour

    tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 1

    tsp baking soda

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    tsp baking powder

  • 1

    cup chopped pecans

  • 3

    eggs, beaten

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 2

    cups peeled and grated ripe pears

  • 3/4

    cup vegetable oil

  • 2

    tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and pecans in bowl. Make a well in dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl, blending well. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour & 15 minutes or until done. Cool pans for 10 minutes before turning out onto rack to cool completely.
