Pesto Meatballs/Burgers

Ingredients

  • Pesto Cream Sauce:
  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 C breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 C pesto
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1/4 C grated Parmesan
  • 1 Cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 C pesto
  • 1/2 C cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all and form into balls or patties. Cook.

For Meatballs in Pesto Cream:
Cook meatballs until just browned, then add chicken broth pesto and simmer until tender. Stir in 1/2 cup cream and simmer.
