Nectarine-Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 C quick oats
  • 3/4 C flour
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 8 T (1 stick) cold butter, cut in pieces
  • Filling:
  • 8-10 nectarines, sliced 1/4 " thick
  • 2 C blueberries, thawed
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix oats, flour, b sugar, and salt in bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Keep refrigerated til ready to use.
2. Preheat oven tp 375 degrees. Grease 9 X 13 pan.
3. Combine nectarines and blueberries in bowl. Add lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Mix well and pour into baking dish.
4. Sprinkle topping mixture evenl over fruit and bak until brown on top and fruit is bubbling, about 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
