Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 11 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg. dried Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 green pepper (I use l/2 green, l/2 red for color)
  • 1 bunch of green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out crescent rolls, press together rolls on baking sheet. Bake at 350-375 for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix 11 oz. softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup mayo and 1 pkg. Ranch dressing: spread on cooled pastry.

Add the chopped vegetables and press into the cream cheese layer; chill.
