Pumpkin Cream Saucs

serve over GF oats, GF granola, fruit, rice cake pancakes. Delicious on fruit slices, too!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups puréed pumpkin or autumn squash
  • Scant 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients on high.
