Ingredients
- 2 cups puréed pumpkin or autumn squash
- Scant 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients on high.
serve over GF oats, GF granola, fruit, rice cake or quinoa and buckwheat pancakes. Delicious on fruit slices, too!
