Spiced Rum Punch
The perfect punch to welcome the holidays! So tasty and good, this Spiced Rum Punch will serve up smiles of joy all around!
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 6 cinnamom sticks, plus more for serving
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups golden rum
- 3/4 cup lime juice
In a small pot, bring water, sugar, and 6 cinnamon sticks to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook 8 minutes. Let cool to room temperature; discard cinnamon. (Refrigerate in airtight container, up to 1 month.)
In a punch bowl, stir together cinnamon syrup, pineapple juice, rum, and lime juice. To serve, add ice and cinnamon sticks.
