Ingredients
- 20 mini bell peppers, ends and seeds removed
- 8 oz goat cheese, room temperature
- 1 egg yolk, room temperature
- 2 Tbl scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbl fresh tarragon, finely minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, finely minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all but the peppers. Stuff peppers with cheese mixture and grill.
