Raspberry Jello

Ingredients

  • 1 large package raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 14-16 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1 bag frozen raspberries
  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add can of pineapple (including juice). Add frozen raspberries. Put in refrigerator and set till firm

Beat until smooth: cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

Spread on top of the jello
