Ingredients

  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cans Blue Lake green beans (cut)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cans French Fried Onion rings
  • small amount of water
  • Worstershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter. Add mushroom soup and a little water and cook over medium heat. Add worstershire sauce, sour cream to mixture. Spread green beans in casserole dish, salt and pepper them, scatter water chestnuts over green beans; pour soup mixture over beans, toss beans around with soup mixture. Pour onion rings on top.

Cook at 350 degrees approximately 30-45 mintues or until bubbly.
