Ingredients
- 3 pans prepared cornbread; use Jiffy for only one prepared pan
- 3 chopped bell peppers
- 2 chopped bunches parsley
- 4-5 eggs
- 3 pieces very dry toast
- 1/2 cup Pet milk
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 3 chopped onions
- 2 bunches chopped celery
- 1 stick butter
- chicken or turkey broth
- 1/2 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - herb seasoned
Preparation
Step 1
Saute vegetables in butter: bell peppers, parsley, green onions, onions, and celery. Add to cooked corn bread in large bowl. Beat each egg and add one at a time; add Pet milk, Add broth until right consistency is reached - sticky but not too watery.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes;
