Banana, Raspberry and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 600 g (1 lb. 5 oz.) raspberries
  • 1 individual creamy yogurt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) coconut milk
  • 4 tsp. honey
  • 10 ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel the bananas; cut into pieces.
2. In a blender, mix the bananas, raspberries, yogurt, coconut milk, honey and ice cubes to a frothy purée.
3. Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately.
