Cajun Shrimp (Darla's)
- 2 lb lg shrimp, peeled (24-30/lb) tails removed (tails left on if appetizer)
- 1/2 lb butter, melted
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T Cajun magic (Cajun blend)
- 1/2 c chopped parsley
Place shrimp in single layer in flat 9x13 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over shrimp.
Bake at 350 for 12 min. Serve as appetizer with tails on or entree (tails removed) over rice, noodles or in bowls with French French bread.
If use smaller size shrimp, cook 8 min.
