Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 can chopped clams
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 quart half & half milk
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt, dash pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Drain clam juice and pour over vegetables in saucepan. Add enough water to barely finish covering veggies and simmer about 20 minutes or until tender. In another pan melt butter and add flour. Add cream and cook stirring constantly until thick. Add undrained vegetable and clams. Season to taste.
