Ingredients

  • 1 3 ounce jar chow mein noodles, crushed
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/4 pound chopped cashew nuts
  • 1 cup finely chopped/minced onion
  • Dash pepper and salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 325.

Set aside 1/2 cup of the noodles.

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine the rest of the noodles with the next 7 ingredients. Add salt if nuts were unsalted. Sprinkle with reserved noodles over the top.

Bake till hot and bubbly
