Ingredients
- 1 loin of pork
- olive oil
- seasoning- I use Galena Street blend from Penzeys (penzeys.com)
- corn starch
Preparation
Step 1
Coat pork with olive oil.
Sprinkle with mixture of seasoning & cornstarch.
Roast at 450 degrees for 15 mins.
Lower temp to 350, continue to roast til internal temp reaches 142 degrees.
Remove from oven, cover with foil & let rest at least 15 mins before slicing.
