Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. each celery and onion
  • 2 tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained, optional
  • 1/2 c. crushed corn chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. In small saucepan, over medium heat, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except chips. Coat 2-qt. baking dish with cooking spray; spoon mixture into dish. Cover. Bake 35 min. or until hot and bubbly. Uncover, top with chips. Bake 5 min. longer.
