Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter, softened
- 2-1/4 t vanilla
- 1-2/3 c powdered sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 pkg (4.67 oz) chocolate mint candies (14 candies), chopped
- 3-4 drops green food coloring

Preparation
Step 1
Chop candy. Beat butter on low for 2 mins until creamy. Add vanilla and beat 1 min. Gradually add powdered sugar and salt and beat 3 mins until light and fluffy. Add candies and food coloring and beat 2-3 mins until creamy and blended.
